I appreciate the discount FJ sent me in the mail regarding a B Service discount. Scheduling my appointment on the phone was easy. The person who took my call was very friendly and accomodating. He's more than what's expected. He's thorough, friendly, caring, listens well and most professional. Jason represents FJ perfectly. Whether we're bringing in my husband's 2000 E or my 2019 C suv, he's always treated us professionally and with understanding and knowledgeable of what the car needs. Because of Jason's professionalism my husband will be looking for a new MB next fall. We know when our vehicles need service, Jason will make sure our vehicles are taken care of. The cashier was pleasant and professional too. More

Service was as indicated by the Consultant. My car’s starter does not hesitate as long as it has been. The shuttle arrived in a timely manner and the drivers were pleasant as was the drive. Car washers need to do a better job.My car didn’t look the bad when I brought it in but it looked horrible after being washed. More
