Takata air bag replacement. I made an appointment to have the Takata air bag replaced due to a recall. When I made the appointment, the staff confirmed they had the necessary pa I made an appointment to have the Takata air bag replaced due to a recall. When I made the appointment, the staff confirmed they had the necessary parts. However, when I brought the car in, after about one hour, I was advised they in fact did not have the parts. So, the recall work could not be done and I wasted about 1.5 hours of my time. (I wonder what the MB hourly labor rate is...) They assured me they will contact me when the right parts arrive. The staff was very professional and apologetic, particularly John of the Las Vegas MB dealership, whom I have dealt with in the past, with a superb experience. At no time was I offered any sort of compensation for my lost time. It would have been a nice "We're sorry for the inconvenience" type of thing. They did have a great chance to do that, since they advised me I needed 4 new tires. More

EXCEPTIONAL My 2018 brand new RV drivers door would not lock. I took it back to the dealership where we purchased it. This problem was 1 of several that needed at My 2018 brand new RV drivers door would not lock. I took it back to the dealership where we purchased it. This problem was 1 of several that needed attention, but not as serious as not being able to lock the door. When picking up our RV nothing was repaired and was told I had to take the RV to a Mercedes dealer to service the lock. Ok, no problem, but why did my RV have to sit at the RV dealership for 2 weeks when I could have had the lock fixed instead of rushing around 2 days before leaving to go on a camping trip. I contacted Fletcher Jones and Alexa scheduled me for THE SAME DAY. I met with Brendon and he patiently listen to my rambling on and on about the amount of time my RV sat at the other dealers and nothing repaired. Brendon wrote the service order and got his men on it. My door was fixed within 1 hour. I really thought I would have to leave it for days before getting repaired. I am so grateful for their attentiveness, customer service, and repaired in a timely fashion. The young man who repaired the lock explained what was wrong and how he repaired it. Thank you Brendon, service man, and Alexa. More
