They care about what You pay for, NOT about any warranty wor I could write a book, but just say 2 problems that were addressed at the time of drop off, was completely IGNORED! Seems the dealership was more concerned on the routine maintenance that they were charging me for, rather than the warranty work... Even today, these issues have not been addressed. No call from the dealership AT ALL! They are the ONLY smart service dealer in Las Vegas, so I'm just screwed. They ONLY care about the sell, and what service you pay for! NOTHING ELSE! I even opted out of the loaner car because I knew the work would take them a while. Even after a whole week, they didnt get these issues corrected... AND MY CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME FILTHY!!! I have text saying its headed to the wash; A BOLD FACED LIE!!! And yet, here I am still not resolved! I have 15k miles on my 2 year old smart car. THIS IS MY VERY FIRST CAR, AND I CARE FOR IT ALL THE TIME!!!! I bought it BRAND NEW thinking I would get Mercedes Benz type service. WHY CANT A DEALER SHOW ME THEY CARE ABOUT ME AND MY CAR AS WELL? Maybe because i'm a 21 year old woman and they think I dont matter? I dont know, but I do know that if they cared, they would call. THEY KNOW THE PROBLEMS WERE NOT ADDRESSED!!!! More

Mostly excellent I drive a 2015 S63. Upon arriving “Greater” ignored me. And acknowledged three other cars before me. I told him I had an appointment with John. He dis I drive a 2015 S63. Upon arriving “Greater” ignored me. And acknowledged three other cars before me. I told him I had an appointment with John. He disappeared and came back a couple minutes later and said “wait here.” After waiting several minutes I left my car and went and found John. John helped me immediately and provided excellent service. Everything from this point on was excellent. FYI, I arrived at the service car line at about 8:56am on Friday May 11th for a 9am appointment. More
