He is consistently responsive in all ways--phone, e-mail, text--and extremely helpful. Most recently, I asked him to prioritize a variety of recommended repairs, and he worked with me in away that gave me confidence I was doing the best for the vehicle's service at the right price. in addition, he arranged loaner vehicle on short notice.
