Texted me during the day with updates on my service. Spoke to me on the phone to answer questions about the identified issues with the vehicle. The reports were emailed to me and easy to understand. When the car was ready I was emailed with the ability to pay online before arriving for pick up. When I picked up the car, I signed nothing. Just had to wait a few short minutes for the car to be pulled around. Friendly staff all around. My Audi business will stay here with FG. More
