World Class Service, but a little expensive. I had a few individual maintenance items performed at 3 years old and I purchased 4 new summer tires and had my wheels swapped. The service dept was I had a few individual maintenance items performed at 3 years old and I purchased 4 new summer tires and had my wheels swapped. The service dept was able to remove my wheels even though I had lost the wheel lock key. One service was performed which I did not approve, but Jorge had already realized it and removed most of the cost from my bill, which was great service from him. Car was ready when promised and all services appear to have been performed. Shuttle driver was very professional and courteous. Overall, my service experience was excellent. I just felt the cost for some of the services was a little high, but this is my first Audi, so I don’t really have a fair comparison. More
