Fletcher Jones Audi - Service Center

Phone Jack I had a relatively minor issue with the phone jack and it's ability to charge. My expectation was that the problem would be covered under warranty as I had a relatively minor issue with the phone jack and it's ability to charge. My expectation was that the problem would be covered under warranty as the car is still under the original Audi plan. The issue ended-up being a little more nuanced but Tony Prusak spent a proportionally long period of time with me to make sure he had all the facts and could find a solution satisfactory to me as a Fletcher Jones service department customer. In the end, Tony made a judgment call and reimbursed me for the part. The transaction was under $90 but the goodwill and customer service went a long way with me. It was the right thing to do given circumstances and the gesture will ensure that I continue to use Fletcher for my service needs. Thanks Tony! Regards - Bob More

It's very easy to drop the car off for the service appointment, and my loaner car was ready and waiting for me. Upon completion of the service, my car was promptly returned, cleaned and ready to go. The service desks and waiting area are very comfortable, with places to plug in and work or lounge to read or browse your tablet. There's a great coffee/food bar, too. All in all, a very, very good experience. More

Extremely Pleasant I worked with Tim Mettille and he was extremely helpful and informative. From the time I arrived to drop off my car till I came back Tim stayed in con I worked with Tim Mettille and he was extremely helpful and informative.
