Audi A4 45K Service on 9/6/208 Rudy's customer service was excellent. Drop and off and pick-up were communicated well. My only complaint was the $1,500 cost of the 45K service aft Rudy's customer service was excellent. Drop and off and pick-up were communicated well. Responsive service Service team was responsive and helpful. Just didn’t like how my car was left when I picked it up yeterday. All items that I had on the floor were put on the seat. They did clean the car but I had sand on my back seat and didn’t clean that. Looked like a pretty rush job. I wasn’t charged for my service so not overly concerned but thought I would point out. More
