Exactly as expected, thankfully . My opinion is that when you reach the point in your life where you are driving a new Audi Q5 every 3 to 4 years you are entitled to expect a level . My opinion is that when you reach the point in your life where you are driving a new Audi Q5 every 3 to 4 years you are entitled to expect a level of comfort and professionalism when you take your vehicle in for service. Fletcher does not disappoint. The only downside to my experience was something completely out of everybody’s control: when I picked up my vehicle, another patron waiting for??? I’m guessing to pick up his vehicle? Was on the phone with a business associate and a raging at him at the top of his voice while using now vulgar language and punctuating each sentence with vulgar descriptors. The service staff were clearly uncomfortable in a likely I was the only other patron in the reception area. Otherwise, it went exactly as expected, naturally. More

I first used the service center when I found my back lights were not working properly and I needed immediate help. They took me in and made the repair, thus becoming my "go-to" service center. I have gone back since and have been equally pleased with the service, response, and professionalism. Kudos to Servando Lopez, Assistant Service Manager, who has become my contact. More

Solid but Pricey Fletcher Jones is consistently friendly and helpful. Every time I’ve come in they’ve been more than accommodating and helped me with any issues I have Fletcher Jones is consistently friendly and helpful. Every time I’ve come in they’ve been more than accommodating and helped me with any issues I have. My only problem is any time I come in for something scheduled they try and sell me more, which I generally will take their advice, however I’m not sure how necessary it is. The staff is great and I respect their sales culture, however it’d be cool not to leave down $500-1k every time I go in for something “routine”. On top of this, I went in 2 months before for a checkup which said my battery was in great shape. Less than 2 months later I’m calling roadside for a jump because it’s actually dead. Sometimes it feels like FJ is selling me what they can and letting me come back to sell more. I bought my Audi in the suburbs and often consider switching back due to the pricing. More
