Annual Service and leather and paint repair for an Audi A7 My Audi A7 was serviced at Fletcher Jones in early August and I was helped by Gerardo. I switched from another service center and I am so pleased. G My Audi A7 was serviced at Fletcher Jones in early August and I was helped by Gerardo. I switched from another service center and I am so pleased. Gerardo went above and beyond. He arranged for the leather specialist to repair a large scratch in the leather seat and had the stain on the hood fixed as well. I did not want a loaner so Gerardo arranged my uber pick up as well. The cost for the repairs was reasonable and handled very quickly. I would recommend Fletcher Jones Audi and Gerardo! More

He had arranged for a hired car so we did not miss a beat and after consulting with him on some extra maintenance work to be completed we had the Q7 back in less than 48 hrs. FJA has a great team at the Elston Service garage. From the porters, mechanics, service techs, to the comfy chairs and complementary coffee and snacks, they take an otherwise arduous process and convert it into a spa-like experience. Top marks all around! More

The car was ready when they had told me it would be. In and out very quick. Love this place. We also ha e our two Mercedes services here; same great service. We had been taking our Audi to the Morton Grove facility. But, it seems to be very disorganized there. I was told I would have to wait a few weeks for a service appt if I wanted a loaner because they were in short supply. And, they said the exact same work I had done on the car at Fletcher Jones would take them for days. Fletcher Jones had it done in a day and a half More
