He had arranged for a hired car so we did not miss a beat and after consulting with him on some extra maintenance work to be completed we had the Q7 back in less than 48 hrs. FJA has a great team at the Elston Service garage. From the porters, mechanics, service techs, to the comfy chairs and complementary coffee and snacks, they take an otherwise arduous process and convert it into a spa-like experience. Top marks all around! More

The car was ready when they had told me it would be. In and out very quick. Love this place. We also ha e our two Mercedes services here; same great service. We had been taking our Audi to the Morton Grove facility. But, it seems to be very disorganized there. I was told I would have to wait a few weeks for a service appt if I wanted a loaner because they were in short supply.
