Worst service experience in my life!!For first time going there for 2 years for all my services. This week has been the worst Joshua is very unprofessional. He just said dropping off?. But it’s one tire you Can go sit and wait. I had to ask him for a update after 2 hours if not I would been sitting he felt like telling me anything. Next day I get text car is ready Total went from 550 to the 66$ because of my warranty I purchased with my car, when I get there they tell me he didn’t close Bill right so I can either pay the 550 now and take car and wait for a few days to be refunded but because Joshua wasn’t there couldn’t confirm. If that was right or not. Just so they can Uber me back home. Like I don’t need my car to get to work. And get my kids. Was going to purchase a Q3.
