Dear Venkat, I understand your sentiment on the situation and my apologies that the car was delivered to you before it had gone through the proper inspection and reconditioning. Completely our oversight but we took the car back and repaired more than just the bumper and everything passed Audi’s CPO standards. In addition, we reimbursed you for the detail you obtained at your local dealer. The honest conversation you had the following day along with an apology was sincere and I can understand your sentiment in refusing to accept it. Time is valuable and we should have respected yours. Different states have registration and titling requirements which can cause long processing times which has sometimes resulted in dissatisfied customers. It is an additional risk when selling to out of state customers. Because of this and because of your recent experience, we are now implementing a process for out of state customers.
