Worst Experience Ever! Luxury Car Prices, Used Car Treatment Three weeks ago, I purchased a 2017 A8L from Fletcher Jones Audi in Chicago. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Given that it Three weeks ago, I purchased a 2017 A8L from Fletcher Jones Audi in Chicago. It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Given that it was a CPO vehicle from a 'Magna Elite' dealer, I just did a cursory inspection, and relied on the 300-point check and Audi's high standards for CPO vehicles - Audi promises a 'like-new' car in their CPO literature. When I did a complete inspection in the sunlight, I found that the car had several defects/blemishes. From a cracked bumper and damaged seats, to gouges in the plastic and wood trim, the car was nothing like Audi promised a CPO would be. I also found coffee and food stains all over the car. It was clear that the car had not gone through Audi's required 300-point check and reconditioning. I had to spend $260 to get the car detailed before I could use it. To show you how bad the defects were, my local Audi dealer quoted over $5000 to fix them. Given that the car fell short of Audi's standards for a CPO, I provided photos of the flaws to the GM (Dan Flood) and asked him to fix the defects. Dan was completely non-responsive and took no responsibility for selling such a dirty and flawed car. I was very polite, and gave him multiple opportunities to make it right, but he refused to fix anything but the broken bumper. I was particularly disappointed in the managers at this dealership. If this is how they treat a customer who buys their flagship sedan, I can only imagine how other customers are treated. They are dishonest and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Now that something came out with the car and called for service I was surprise that año get a real person answering the phone late evening. Got the appointment at a very convenient hour get a loaner car right away and Tony was excellent in explaining to us the questions that we have. Thank you Yony for making us feeling special to you!!! I am still flabbergasted by what transpired when I attempted to purchase the car. I have worked with other Audi dealerships in the past and had nothing but positive experiences. However, this was not the case at Fletcher Jones Audi. Not only was the customer service poor, but there was an utter lack of respect for my time. Upon contacting the dealership, speaking with a salesman and making an offer to purchase I proceeded to wait 9.5 hours for a response. I was then was flat out lied to about multiple aspects of purchasing the car. At one point I was told I could only purchase the car if I paid in 100% cash. (Did I mentioned I was using already approved USAA financing?!). During an "apology" phone call the following day I was basically informed they had acted in that way because selling a car to me out of state would be extra work for them. Really the only apology I received was for acting in a way that portrayed they did not want to sell me the car, but in the end, it turned out to be true. So an apology for behavior that was purposeful and continued is no apology in my book. More
