The Sales Rep at FJ wasted no time in showing all options, narrowing down to a few and zeroing in on the best one for me for the price. I'm amazed at the time and energy she committed to me and the process. Long story short: I never checked out other brands. Drove out with new Q5 that day. No haggling, no upselling, etc. BUYING A NEW CAR WAS ACTUALLY A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Never though I'd ever say that! More
