Since I was wrapping my mind around the idea of having a car payment again for the first time in over a decade, I had plenty of questions and hypotheticals to pepper him with. He gave me good answers and only called me when he thought they had a car that fit my parameters, or to get some more details on what exactly I was looking for, which is exactly my speed. I'd recommend them, and Charles in particular! More
They made the experience more complicated than necessary I contacted the dealer online first to try and make a deal as I was an out of State buyer that would be in town soon. I felt like they were not willing to work with me initially, but a few days later when I showed up at the dealer in person, they knew I was serious. The salesman was very pleasant and knew the car inside and out but the GM was not understanding or wanting to accept my purchase plan, which simply involved me providing my own financing. He tried to insist that in order for the deal to work, I needed to finance thru them. I carefully explained that I was not interested in that option as I had a better rate lined up with my bank and after a bit they reluctantly agreed. Next they insisted on getting my SS# to run some type of background check (??) to which I also declined as they already had my driver's license info, and if that's good enough for TSA then it needed to be good enough for them or I was walking away. I can only surmise that they were being cautious because I had just walked in off the street and they really didn't know me, but isn't that how most customers appear? That being said, if someone is willing to provide you with a certified check to purchase a car, you need to jump on that. I can walk into any dealership, sign my name and drive away, which is what I essentially did here and in fact have purchase my last 5 vehicles in this manner, but have never encountered as much resistance to close a sale. The Finance guy lived up to the reputation and was wanting to sell me other options that I didn't need or want, especially those that included car washes and other perks that I could not use being 1000 miles away. They really did not want me to go home without giving them some of my personal $$ In the end, I drove away in the new vehicle (wallet intact) and felt satisfied with the agreed price. I don't know that I will be in the market to buy again anytime soon, but if I am I would give them another try, now that they know I'm not the bad guy trying to pull a fast one that they made me feel like. More

Audi Q5 We had very nice experience with this Audi dealer. At first they offer low price for our trade in Mazda CX-7 and told them “sorry, I can’t do that”. On the next day a manager called again and offered the price I was asking ( without even be able to see our car, which was amazing to me!) I would like to thank you very much! It was a fair deal. Our car was in perfect condition and we wouldn’t give it away for pennies. Abviously the management had a good understanding about train in value. Buying the new Audi Q5 was a brilliant experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! More

Overall the experience was absolutely painless. I've been to three Audi Dealerships and this one is hands down the best I've worked with yet. More
World Class Service, but a little expensive. I had a few individual maintenance items performed at 3 years old and I purchased 4 new summer tires and had my wheels swapped. The service dept was able to remove my wheels even though I had lost the wheel lock key. One service was performed which I did not approve, but Jorge had already realized it and removed most of the cost from my bill, which was great service from him. Car was ready when promised and all services appear to have been performed. Shuttle driver was very professional and courteous. Overall, my service experience was excellent. I just felt the cost for some of the services was a little high, but this is my first Audi, so I don’t really have a fair comparison. More
