Best price and Experience I bought 5 Audi's in the past and this is my 6th new Audi and i am very happy with the Ravinder service, he is really customer focused his willingness I bought 5 Audi's in the past and this is my 6th new Audi and i am very happy with the Ravinder service, he is really customer focused his willingness to go above and beyond to keep me happy was phenomenal. I live 30 miles from city and purchased my 5 Audi's from dealership in suburbs close to me in the past. My trip to Fletcher Jones Audi in Chicago was painful due to the traffic but Ravinder made my trip worth every mile, from the phone conversation we initially had to the time we walked in the dealership not only he was very attentive to my he was also very attentive to my kids and my wife. We bought car on Saturday this week and people who detail cars were short staff, Ravinder, cleaned my car himself and detailed it perfectly which i am sure he didn't have to!! Very professional I bought used Mazda for my tennage son who is starting college this year, i looked at few Mazda’s and I had it narrowed down to three dealerships of w I bought used Mazda for my tennage son who is starting college this year, i looked at few Mazda’s and I had it narrowed down to three dealerships of which two of them were Mazda dealerships one of which is local and another one bit further from where I live, before coming to fletcher jones I went and test drove but experience that after meeting with Ravinder at fletcher jones I changed my mind and decided to buy car from him instead for so many reasons: he had car ready all cleaned for me to test drive which was very convenient because I came straight from work at 7pm, second and most importantly he went over all the equipment that car had which I was surprised because Mazda dealerships that I visited prior coming to fletcher jones didn’t do great job, third after test drive paperwork, new plates were done within 30 minutes. I came in to the dealership at 7pm and I was out by 8:20pm . Overall I enjoyed working with Ravinder, he is awesome to work with with amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. More
