They always treated me very well on my service appointments and the quality of the service was better than any other dealership I used before. I was specially delighted with the support I received recently from Melinda. The car was broken in and the passenger window had to be replaced. Melinda managed to get me a service appointment and a loaner for the next day. The repair was completed in a couple of days and the car looks like nothing had happened. I do appreciate when people go beyond their responsibilities to help a customer. I am very happy and grateful for what she did to help me solve the issue quickly and painless. Excellent and Exceptional shopping and buying experience. I started my new car search a few months ago. My 2016 BMW 340i 3yr lease is expiring Sept. 23, and I needed to find a car to replace it with. Orig I started my new car search a few months ago. My 2016 BMW 340i 3yr lease is expiring Sept. 23, and I needed to find a car to replace it with. Originally I was looking for an Audi S3 and did a search of all Chicago area Audi dealers. I received some great initial offers from about 4 dealers including Fletcher Jones. I was contacted by Melinda Speer from Fletcher Jones. She is a great person and very professional and helpful. After driving the great S3 I then drove the S4. The S4 is more like my BMW 340i, and I realized that as much as I like the S3, the S4 is more comfortable for me. I then switched my shopping to an S4, and did some more shopping for what S4s were available and what kind of deal I could get. Melinda Speer gave me an excellent offer on a new black S4 that had the minimal options I was looking for. She worked with me to give me all the information I asked for regarding price, fees, and leasing numbers. I decided to get that S4 and went to complete the deal, sign the paperwork, and drive home in my new S4. Melinda was extremely helpful and did her best to expedite the purchasing process. Melinda took me to work with the lease/financing professional who was also very helpful and professional. I apologize that I forget his name. The whole transaction went very well and I am very happy to have leased a great car/S4 from Fletcher Jones, and to work with Melinda. The same day I came in to lease the S4 I needed to drop off my BMW to the local Chicago BMW dealer. Melinda was very helpful with this as well. When the Audi paperwork was completed she drove my new S4 to the BMW dealer and I drove the BMW. I dropped off the BMW and my new S4 was waiting for me right outside that dealership. Fantastic service, and she figuratively and literately went and drove the extra miles to make sure my new lease went as smoothly as possible. Exceptional facility and top notch salesman I live in Michigan, and purchased very first Audi Q7 from ravinder. From start to finish my experience with ravinder and dealership was exceptional. Ravinder went over all the features my new Q7 came with and made sure i knew everything about the car's new technology before my long drive to Michigan. He followed up with me next to day to make sure i arrived OK and if there were any problems with my car or if i need any tutorial for new technology. Also no one has ever done this to me, but i remember when i was initially talking with ravinder on phone and i told him that i am looking for 7 seat SUV ( Q7) because i have newborn in our family, he bought me a gift for my daughter which he hid in a glove box and i never expected that, this level of customer service and going extra mile to keep his customer happy shows how dedicated and passionate he is about his job. If i only i could have known about ravinder earlier!! I am planning to buy another Audi from him around thanksgiving. I highly recommend ravinder and fletcher jones. More

Great experience as a first time Audi buyer This was my first time purchasing an Audi, and as a result my first real experience with Fletcher Jones Audi. The sales individual I worked with, Man This was my first time purchasing an Audi, and as a result my first real experience with Fletcher Jones Audi. The sales individual I worked with, Mandi Mancilla, was great. I was interested in an A5 coupe and they only had two in stock, which were both located off site at their service center location. Mandi drove us over there to look at the vehicles and take a test drive. She was very informed of the features and specs of the vehicle and answered all our questions. She was also very helpful and patient when we were exploring color options, and even offered to do a dealer trade if needed to get me the exact color combination I wanted. I went back the next day to purchase the vehicle, and the process was very smooth and quick. The finance individual I worked with (Roy) was also very friendly and helpful. There were no surprises (which I appreciate) during that process, and everything was exactly as agreed upon beforehand. Mandi also took time to show me the basics of the vehicle and some of the features before I drove off after purchasing. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend Fletcher Jones Audi if you're looking for an Audi in the Chicagoland area. More
