Always Top Notch Staff All Around.. I have bought from here before. 2nd time around. And I know it wasn't probably literally typed out and she was probably reminded by a contact reminder. BUT.. She took the time to stay in touch. Nothing complex. But those little things DO mean allot.. I just happened to look on their Chicago dealership and there it was. EXACTLY what I was looking for. 1 of 1. Extremely rare and very hard to find 2018 S4. She worked with me on price and took care of me all around and even installed the Beam Rings for me since I was a repeat customer. Financing was as smooth as silk with John Lim on the case and rates can't be beat going thru Audi Financial. . Their entire staff is always first rate and I had it transported literally right to my door. If I wanted to be picky I would have to say car was in Excellent shape except for one thing. Entire body was clean but... NO slick spots on entire body. Don't think it was waxed or buffed before it left which is verrrrry odd considering the price but it did look immaculate. But it did surprise me by the finish being so rough feeling.. Just quick going over with soft finishing towel and finishing mist made it feel nice and smooth.. Like I said .. Not really a complaint really because it was spotless. Just surprised at the lack of smoothness on the finish.. I WILL BE BACK... Thank you Melinda one Again. Christopher Price More
