But those little things DO mean allot.. I just happened to look on their Chicago dealership and there it was. EXACTLY what I was looking for. 1 of 1. Extremely rare and very hard to find 2018 S4. She worked with me on price and took care of me all around and even installed the Beam Rings for me since I was a repeat customer. Financing was as smooth as silk with John Lim on the case and rates can't be beat going thru Audi Financial. . Their entire staff is always first rate and I had it transported literally right to my door. If I wanted to be picky I would have to say car was in Excellent shape except for one thing. Entire body was clean but... NO slick spots on entire body. Don't think it was waxed or buffed before it left which is verrrrry odd considering the price but it did look immaculate. But it did surprise me by the finish being so rough feeling.. Just quick going over with soft finishing towel and finishing mist made it feel nice and smooth.. Like I said .. Not really a complaint really because it was spotless. Just surprised at the lack of smoothness on the finish.. I WILL BE BACK... Thank you Melinda one Again. Christopher Price More

Real costumer service experience!!! My boyfriend and I went to Fletcher Jones Audi Chicago to look into possibly purchasing another SUV since our lease was ending soon. We were greeted b My boyfriend and I went to Fletcher Jones Audi Chicago to look into possibly purchasing another SUV since our lease was ending soon. We were greeted by Ravi Dhiman, our sales representative. He was very respectful and kind since the beginning. He answered all of our questions displaying great knowledge about the vehicles. He really took the time to make us feel comfortable and not rushed or pressured. We had a lot of things in common with Ravi which made our time more enjoyable. The negotiation portion of our experience had a minor hiccups that was quickly resolved by the General Manager Brandon Moore. He was very sociable and told us about rebates and promotions we were not even aware of. We felt appreciated and the signing process went very smoothly. Overall we were very happy and took a brand new Q5 to our home the same day. Thank you so much Ravi!! More

Audi A4 45K Service on 9/6/208 Rudy's customer service was excellent. Drop and off and pick-up were communicated well.
