Excellent My initial online inquiry was was answered by Dan (genral manager) and my second contact by Ravi(salesperson), ravi was great to work with, he bought My initial online inquiry was was answered by Dan (genral manager) and my second contact by Ravi(salesperson), ravi was great to work with, he bought Q5 to my home because i wanted to see if it will fit my garage or not, and at that point i was not even sure if i wanted to buy Audi i also was in touch with Volvo dealership and i requested if i could test drive there suv to see if it will fit in my garage for which they gave me run around. I even told Ravi that i am not 100% committed to buy the car and he did not even hesitated to bring over the car even though i told him that i am not 100% sure if i will buy the car. Ravi, went above and beyond my expectations, not only he provided excellent customer service,he showed me all the features in detail that car came with, he was really upfront and transparent with the pricing no haggle, no pressure car buying process absolutely GEM!!
