I’m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through “pull forward” option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my “premium” package with Audi care and tire & rim program. More

After negotiating on a price with my salesman is when I had to finish up in the finance department. After thinking all along I was going to get the remainder of the vehicles original factory warranty is when I was hit with a bomb. Long story short: I was shown a website with what the annual maintenance fee’s would be by taking my vehicle in for its annual 10k mile service check up. He pointed out that after I hit 50k miles, I would have paid slightly under $6000 dollars in service fee’s alone. I was then given a paper with packages. The cheapest package being $4000. This package would cover the cost of the annual 10k mile service fee’s along with some tire package and windshield wiper package. He told me that if I did not take my car to any certified Audi dealer for its annual service, my remaining factory warranty would be voided. So. I either pay 4 grand now or 6 grand over the next few years, JUST to maintain 3 more years of warranty. When we first started talking about this, I asked if the prices on the packages were negotiable and was told no. Ultimately I ended up backing out of the deal. I told the gentleman that before I walked until his office, I thought we had settled on a price and next thing I know I need to pay 4 grand more. To which as soon as he saw I was serious and backing out, did he ask what it would take to earn my business. Now all of sudden the prices were negotiable. I continued telling him I wasn’t going to pay anything more than what was previously negotiated with the salesman and that I wouldn’t purchase the car all along if I knew I would have to pay 4 grand now or 6 grand over time to just keep my 3 year warranty.I was then asked if I knew someone who owns a Audi, to which I said yes and gave him the persons name. Apparently my friend “qualified” me for a Audi coupon that ultimately let me keep my warranty and voided future costs of the service fees up to 50k miles. Am I appreciative of that? Absolutely. However, they did everything in there power to scam me out of $4000 more dollars by pursuaing me it was absolutely needed but when faced with a decision of me leaving with money on the table, it all of sudden wasn’t worth it. In the end, I felt absolutely betrayed. Besides that whole novel I just wrote, I actually have more legitimate issues that came up throughout this whole experience. I was told my vehicle would be ready for pick up on 2 possible dates...but as soon as the first day arrived, I was the one who had to reach out to them to see if the vehicle was ready instead of them reaching out to me. Ultimately after me calling a few times, my vehicle was going to be ready a few days after the fact, which was not mentioned to me the day of purchase. I found it annoying that they were quick to deposit my downpayment but forgot to keep me updated with the car I apparently purchased. Which that in itself I asked them to hold off a few days on depositing the check because I had to move some funds from bank to bank . He Acknowledged my request yet the check was literally deposited the following morning. I was also reached by a loyalty consultant asking how my new car was.....I had to tell her I wouldn’t know as I don’t have it in my possession and was waiting on the dealership with a response to when it would be ready for pick up. So clearly lack of communication on there end. When I finally received the car, i noticed right away that the quad exhaust tips that should be chrome were all still covered in dirt that was previously coated on from the previous owner. At that point I just wanted the car and to get out of that place. My salesperson was In fact respectful and did the best he could do, even though I believe his supervisors put him in a tough spot. Great experience with Channing! I think luck was on our side this day. We walked in with no appointment and Channing was waiting for us. Overall it was an exceptional experience than I think luck was on our side this day. We walked in with no appointment and Channing was waiting for us. Overall it was an exceptional experience thanks to Channing’s honest and personable style. We didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions and were able to take our time with the process. We were presented with many options that fit our needs and overal it was a great couple visits. More

Ravi has followed up with me and any issues I have had he has been front and center making sure everything and all my needs are met. I will definitely be back for an upgrade very soon!!
