We had experienced everything except a luxury experience that we had expected to be synonymous with Audi because several other Chicagoland dealers really soured our opinions so much that we almost never wanted to walk into another Audi dealership again. But we reluctantly decided to give Fletcher Jones a chance. We are really glad and thankful that we did, because they created the luxury experience that was expected. Many thanks to Dexter and Brandon. They really salvaged the Audi reputation to us. More
Out of State Buyer, Never Responded to 2 Inquires to Buy I found the 2017 Audi S3 I was looking for. I've purchased cars remotely before and was ready to start the process to buy. After contacting them twice I found the 2017 Audi S3 I was looking for. I've purchased cars remotely before and was ready to start the process to buy. After contacting them twice by email, I never got a response. I later saw the car sold, that's fine, but NO communication at all from them. I suspect they find me low priority, all about the sale, and with me being 1000 miles away they didn't pay me any attention. Poor customer service! More

Later, other employees apologized and tried to work with us but we had such a bad experience with David that we were done with the dealership. More
