I first used the service center when I found my back lights were not working properly and I needed immediate help. They took me in and made the repair, thus becoming my "go-to" service center. Solid but Pricey Fletcher Jones is consistently friendly and helpful. Every time I’ve come in they’ve been more than accommodating and helped me with any issues I have Fletcher Jones is consistently friendly and helpful. Every time I’ve come in they’ve been more than accommodating and helped me with any issues I have. My only problem is any time I come in for something scheduled they try and sell me more, which I generally will take their advice, however I’m not sure how necessary it is. The staff is great and I respect their sales culture, however it’d be cool not to leave down $500-1k every time I go in for something “routine”. On top of this, I went in 2 months before for a checkup which said my battery was in great shape. Less than 2 months later I’m calling roadside for a jump because it’s actually dead. Sometimes it feels like FJ is selling me what they can and letting me come back to sell more. I bought my Audi in the suburbs and often consider switching back due to the pricing. More
