When I finally got the appointment with him, he spent over a hour to show me how to use my Audi connect system, how to link my phone to the car, how to use the many good features, and set up my roof top bars for carrying heavy odd size things. When I walked in I was paired up with AUDI brand specialist Matt Kahn. From the get go Matt was very professional and very aware of all the specs of the vehicle I was looking for. During the test drive Matt showed me all the technical details and after the test drive Matt showed me literally everything from top to bottom. He took his time, we spent hours going over the fine details of the car. I was so amazed by his professionalism and knowledge that I immediately knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Matt made it very easy for me guiding me all the way. During the course the sale manager Zach P. approached me and greeted me and assured me that I would be getting great service.
