Exactly as expected, thankfully . My opinion is that when you reach the point in your life where you are driving a new Audi Q5 every 3 to 4 years you are entitled to expect a level . Fletcher does not disappoint. The only downside to my experience was something completely out of everybody’s control: when I picked up my vehicle, another patron waiting for??? I’m guessing to pick up his vehicle? Was on the phone with a business associate and a raging at him at the top of his voice while using now vulgar language and punctuating each sentence with vulgar descriptors. The service staff were clearly uncomfortable in a likely I was the only other patron in the reception area. Otherwise, it went exactly as expected, naturally. More

In a sales credit system, Channing doesn’t get paid for helping me setting up my new Audi Q5 but he took me in as his own customer. He is very responsive to my questions and is attentive to my needs. When I finally got the appointment with him, he spent over a hour to show me how to use my Audi connect system, how to link my phone to the car, how to use the many good features, and set up my roof top bars for carrying heavy odd size things. When I walked in I was paired up with AUDI brand specialist Matt Seen the new Audi Q8 at the auto show. Set up a test drive with Fletcher Jones Audi. When I walked in I was paired up with AUDI brand specialist Matt Kahn. From the get go Matt was very professional and very aware of all the specs of the vehicle I was looking for. During the test drive Matt showed me all the technical details and after the test drive Matt showed me literally everything from top to bottom. He took his time, we spent hours going over the fine details of the car. I was so amazed by his professionalism and knowledge that I immediately knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Matt made it very easy for me guiding me all the way. During the course the sale manager Zach P. approached me and greeted me and assured me that I would be getting great service. Then I was greeted by the finance manager Jason O. Who also went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. All in all I definitely recommend Fletcher Jones Audi.
