Exactly as expected, thankfully . My opinion is that when you reach the point in your life where you are driving a new Audi Q5 every 3 to 4 years you are entitled to expect a level . My opinion is that when you reach the point in your life where you are driving a new Audi Q5 every 3 to 4 years you are entitled to expect a level of comfort and professionalism when you take your vehicle in for service. Fletcher does not disappoint. The only downside to my experience was something completely out of everybody’s control: when I picked up my vehicle, another patron waiting for??? I’m guessing to pick up his vehicle? Was on the phone with a business associate and a raging at him at the top of his voice while using now vulgar language and punctuating each sentence with vulgar descriptors. The service staff were clearly uncomfortable in a likely I was the only other patron in the reception area. Otherwise, it went exactly as expected, naturally. More
