We were warmly greeted by staff and advised that someone would help us shortly. Within moments, Lorenzo came by and gave a good introduction to Audi vehicles. We were a bit apprehensive, as we have owned Acura’s for the past twenty years. Lorenzo answered our many questions -was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made us confident that we decided correctly on the Q5. He was not pushy about up-selling us features we did not need, and was willing to bargain down the cost to one that was comfortable for our budget. He sat with us for another half hour, helping us set up the various tech features, and made sure we understood everything before driving away with our new vehicle. Lorenzo is an outstanding employee!! The only issue was the long wait for financing-at least 1+ hours That said, once we were able to meet with him, , we had a good experience. More
