Best customer service! Got an appointment for service right away with a loaner. The car was ready when they had told me it would be. In and out very quick. Love this place. We also ha e our two Mercedes services here; same great service. We had been taking our Audi to the Morton Grove facility. But, it seems to be very disorganized there. I was told I would have to wait a few weeks for a service appt if I wanted a loaner because they were in short supply. And, they said the exact same work I had done on the car at Fletcher Jones would take them for days. Fletcher Jones had it done in a day and a half More
