That’s the one part of the sales process that I felt under the gun to make a decision on the spot. If you’re comparing the all-in price of a vehicle before your purchase, I recommend reaching out to Brett, the finance manager to inquire about pricing for warranty options before making a decision. I noticed a loose skid plate under my car early in the morning. I contact the service department straight away. They were able to get me in later that day for a repiar. The dealership originally acknowledged the damage to my steering wheel and took responsibility for it, but the repair was poor from the start. Now the repair is failing, and the wheel looks worse. What should concern other customers is the complete lack of accountability. When I reached back out, I was told they are now owned by AutoNation and are not responsible for anything previously done. That response raises serious concerns about how they stand behind their work and how they treat customers once a problem comes up. If a dealership can admit fault, perform a subpar repair, and then later deny responsibility, that says a lot about their commitment to customer service. I would be very cautious about trusting them to make things right if something goes wrong. More
