I purchased a new to me 2025 Q7 that came with only one key. I share the vehicle with my husband so we needed a second. I ordered the key 2 weeks ago and never received any notice by call, text or email that it had arrived. I was curious so called parts to inquire and sure it enough it arrived 5 days ago! You would think paying over $1,000 for a key and programming that you would have better customer service for valued customers (for over 6 years). Now that Fletcher Jones Audi is Auto Nation, customer service and communication needs improvement. More
