He is quick to get you in and out, always helps me score a loaner car and best of all explains all of the issues in an understandable manner. I trust him and will always bring my Audi A3 in as long as I know I can work with Tim! More

He saved me a lot of money and he knew exactly what the car needed to run like new again. He also got a complimentary Uber back and forth. I did not need a loaner but was offered one. He made me feel special and he also directed me to Ryan Philbin at FJ Audi. We bought a car from Ryan. That was a tremendous experience and I highly recommend both of these individuals for vehicle assistance. Top-notch experts in their respective positions. More

Last month I was helping a friend of mine shop for a car and she made an appointment for 11am on a weekday. I showed up 25 mins early and met Ryan who had the correct model pulled up and waiting. I shared and she made an appointment for 11am on a weekday. I showed up 25 mins early and met Ryan who had the correct model pulled up and waiting. I shared with Ryan that I had zero interest in the car and it’s features but was just there to make sure that my friend (who’s husband had recently passed away) wasn’t taken advantage of if she decided to buy the car. To pass time Ryan engaged in small talk. Unfortunately Ryan decided to share his unsolicited opinions of the protestors and what they were doing. According to Ryan every single protestor was worthless and he wished he had an opportunity to personally “knock the “stuffing”” of of them. During the time we spent together he shared that they were being bussed in and all smelled like “garbage”. He shared that he used to live in California and worked in the film industry and that California was infested with people who would defecate on your lawn and had no respect for others. Ryan’s racist rant left me dumbfounded, Granted I’m a middle aged white guy and Ryan was possibly trying to find some common ground but perhaps he might want to consider talking about sports or something. As the 11:00 appointment approached I shared with Ryan that my friend was African American of course Ryan said he was fine with that and that he was just speaking in generalities. As soon as my friend parked her car and Ryan left to get keys I told my friend that’s weren’t going to be buying from old Ryan as his intolerance was unmistakable and we were not about to reward it. My friend took that bait and questioned Ryan about some options (heated steering wheel. Integrated nav) that she knew were on a higher model. True to form Ryan condescendingly said that those options were $1,000’s more and my friend didn’t need them as they weren’t important. Needless to say we didn’t buy from Ryan and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to do so either. More

Labor Hourly Billing 2013 Audi A4. Bought and service it at Fletcher Jones. Just picked up my car. Had it in for a steering issue. Service and employees were fine, as a 2013 Audi A4. Bought and service it at Fletcher Jones. Just picked up my car. Had it in for a steering issue. Service and employees were fine, as always and expected. No issues. However I was charged for 8 hours of labor. But, they actually only worked on my car for less than 4. They emailed the quote and we responded around 12:00 PM. Then they called and said it was ready by 4:00 PM This doesn't seem right. I realize that each task/repair takes x amount of hours and that that is what they charge for each specific task and it is all calculated into their costs, overhead and profit etc.... But, the labor was $ 1,800.00 when it should have been maybe $ 900.00 based purely on the time it took. Throw in the car wash etc.. Some how this seems to one of the reasons dealers get a bad wrap. I'm sorry the mechanic probably was very good and was able to complete the job fairly quickly and the service rep had nothing more to say other than that is the way it is and that is what they charge. Some how if they had run into a problem and it ended up taking longer I have a feeling they would have found a way to charge me. I would love to hear if others feel I am off base here. If I'm wrong okay. But it just doesn't seem right. I am starting to look at replacing my other car. (2008 Audi A4) I'm not sure I will be going to Fletcher Jones. J Mallerdino More
