Worst service experience in my life!!For first time going there for 2 years for all my services. This week has been the worst Joshua is very unprofessional. Had me wait 2hours to then tell me I had to go h there for 2 years for all my services. This week has been the worst Joshua is very unprofessional. Had me wait 2hours to then tell me I had to go home and he got mad I didn’t tell him I was going to file warranty claim after didn’t ask me anything when I got there for service. He just said dropping off?. But it’s one tire you Can go sit and wait. I had to ask him for a update after 2 hours if not I would been sitting he felt like telling me anything. Next day I get text car is ready Total went from 550 to the 66$ because of my warranty I purchased with my car, when I get there they tell me he didn’t close Bill right so I can either pay the 550 now and take car and wait for a few days to be refunded but because Joshua wasn’t there couldn’t confirm. If that was right or not. Just so they can Uber me back home. Like I don’t need my car to get to work. And get my kids. Was going to purchase a Q3. From them but I recommend going to another dealership More

I just wanted to warn anyone who ever wanted to deal with this company. They lie at the moment of selling that your lease is 3 years and then put in some hidden clause that it's actually 4 years. Please be mindful and careful, as we put our trust in them and found our they were straight lying to our face. Also my vehicle has all sorts of electrical failures. I have reached out to the customer service multiple times but unfortunately could not get a result. They simply refused to fix the issues. Stay away from both the company and the vehicle!!! More

oil/filter change during pandemic I was concerned about coming in to the service center during the coronavirus, but perhaps due to that pandemic situation my service experience was BET I was concerned about coming in to the service center during the coronavirus, but perhaps due to that pandemic situation my service experience was BETTER than usual! Things seemed much less busy and crowded, more efficient, helpful, cleaner and well managed this time around. I chose to wait at the service center for the work to be done and everyone (staff and customers) was masked and social distancing as much as possible. Estimated completion time was close to perfect and I wasn't pushed to have extra work done though recommendations were made for the future. I would give this review 5 stars, but only gave 4 due to lesser experiences in the past. More
