Lainie Schwartz, who answered my call stated that they were receiving some in December but wouldnt share any info unless I came in. I made the appt and wasted two hours with her and her rude manager, Raphael Ferrer. They tried to sell me a used one instead and tried to lie that no 2021 models were coming in and that they were not receiving any cars in December. And stated that all dealerships were lying about receiving the car. As unpleasant as it was to deal with unprofessional, disrespectful and dishonest people like you who told me to "go drive my BMW until I am ready to pay the asking price" on your overpriced used car, your unprofessional demeanor made me do more research the next day and I found a brand new 2021 A7 on the lot of Audi Naperville.I was the owner of that beautiful car 3 days later. Driving to Naperville was worth every minute because the team there is the polar opposite. I will make sure everyone in my circles know about my experience with you vs in Naperville. More

Worst service experience in my life!!For first time going there for 2 years for all my services. This week has been the worst Joshua is very unprofessional. Had me wait 2hours to then tell me I had to go h there for 2 years for all my services. This week has been the worst Joshua is very unprofessional. He just said dropping off?. But it’s one tire you Can go sit and wait. I had to ask him for a update after 2 hours if not I would been sitting he felt like telling me anything. Next day I get text car is ready Total went from 550 to the 66$ because of my warranty I purchased with my car, when I get there they tell me he didn’t close Bill right so I can either pay the 550 now and take car and wait for a few days to be refunded but because Joshua wasn’t there couldn’t confirm.
