I was very happy to work with the team of Rachel and Matt on my new Audi A3e. Matt went above and beyond in helping me understand and set up my car. My only complaint is that neither salesperson was able to on my new Audi A3e. Matt went above and beyond in helping me understand and set up my car. The staff is always professional helpful in most cases. I am concerned about the person who scheduled my original service appointment. The person was resistant to honor my request for a loner. She basically stated, loaners were not given for my type of service. She offered Uber vouchers, but not use of a loaner. I thought that was unusual since previous requests were honored. I was not aware the amount of money spent in service determines use of a loaner. I thought it was about convenience. If this has changed or I am ill informed please clarify.
