Service dept Not a welcoming service department. Had my brakes worked on and new brakes smell hot after a short distance. Also, front bumper now has a new large Not a welcoming service department. We called them and spoke with Dick Giles and he was so wonderful! He is very easy to talk to and not pushy. He found out what kind of truck we wanted and within a couple days located the truck we've been looking for! It was out of state and he had it brought to Fletcher's. Dick and all the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They were all great to deal with and a lot of fun! It was such a pleasant truck buying experience!
