Hassle free Let me start by saying when I went to Fletcher it was my first time shopping there. I went to the Fletcher website after being referred by a friend. I saw the truck I had been looking for and made an offer via the website. I was contacted shortly after and made arrangements to go check it out. I was greeted by a very friendly salesman (Dick Giles) who proceeded to show me the truck. After a test drive and deciding this was the truck I wanted I proceeded to make the deal. Now here is where the nightmare usually starts, but not so this time. Everyone on the entire staff was incredible. I have spent hours trying to make the right deal for the right amount of money even walked out of dealerships before. I'm sure some of you have had that long drawn out experience before as well. This dealership and its staff are different. There's no one trying to pressure you into anything. The gentleman who helped me was the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will definitely recommend Fletcher Chrysler to friends and family and to anyone who reads this review. More
