The right way to buy a car. We had visited several dealers looking for a clean, low mileage used SUV. We wanted to purchase our vehicle in Franklin for convenience of service. After several disappointing experiences we were frustrated. We were searching the internet and found a car that met our criteria at Fletcher. My husband made an inquiry via the website and got a call from a very nice young woman named Jessica who set up an appointment for that afternoon. We were told to ask for Bruce or Chuck. A gentleman greeted us and showed us into the showroom and introduced us to Bruce who in turn introduced us Patrick Yates. The vehicle had been pulled up and a dealer tag attached so we went for a ride. Upon our return Patrick had worked out several options for payment plans. We negotiated a fair price and did the normal information exchange and credit check. All during this time my husband had been admiring the classic car collection and I could here other employees talking to him about specific vehicles. He was really enjoying the view! After approval we were escorted to Will Baxters' office to finalize the deal. We couldn't believe we had been there for less than an hour and 15 minutes and we were walking our with our new car.Fletcher has become our dealership and Patrick Yates our salesperson. More

worth the 2 hr drive in shopping for my new Ram, all of the dealers near me in Ohio had the worst selections and some made me feel like I was wasting there time if I did n in shopping for my new Ram, all of the dealers near me in Ohio had the worst selections and some made me feel like I was wasting there time if I did not see what they had on the lot. Fletcher had the best selection compared to all of the other dealers I search with in 200 miles of my home. They are a great dealership and went the extra mile for me in making this happen that day. My salesperson was great, she did not pressure us and took the time to show as many options the truck I bought had that she knew about and I showed her a couple she did not know.. lol she did awesome!! The sales manager was fast at negotiation and the finance person seemed very honest and not pushing or trying to trick us into not needed up sales like I have caught dealers doing in the past. Best overall experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. More

Great experience We have been to many dealerships in person and looking on-line for a new or like new used vehicle, jeep preferred, for a few weeks and had been having We have been to many dealerships in person and looking on-line for a new or like new used vehicle, jeep preferred, for a few weeks and had been having no luck finding no one willing to work with us. Neither one of us had a very good credit score and really had no money down. My wife filled out a pre-qualification form on-line and within minutes received a call from Amber wanting some follow up info and inviting us in to try to help us find what we were looking for. The first time we went into the dealership was on a Saturday and we looked at a 2019 Jeep, at that time we told Amber we had no money to put down, wanted payments at or below 350 per month, and had a trade in that we still owed on. As stated previously our credit is very poor so we were unable to come to an agreement. Amber kept trying to work something out but to no avail. As we were getting ready to leave with yet another day wasted with the usual results Amber asked us to let her have their finance specialist, James Armstrong, look over our information and see if he could help us. He was not in but Amber said she would get with him and would go over everything. As she said he could do things when others couldn't. We both said why not even though we had heard this same line of stuff before by others only to be told no in the end. We left the dealer thinking we wouldn't hear anything again. I called Fletcher and spoke with James a few days later and to my amazement he said he thought he could actually help. When me and my wife went in to meet with James he told us the truth up front that he could get us in a 2018 Jeep Cherokee for around the same money, maybe a little more. I immediately said no more money than I was paying per month now and that's when James said just to look at the Jeep and test drive it and if we liked it he would see if he could do anything with the figures. After test driving the vehicle and discussing it between us we told James get the figures right and we'll take it. After a little give and take on both ends we drove our NEW 2018 Jeep Cherokee home. THANKS to the hard work and understanding of two of the nicest people in the car selling business we have dealt with we were able to get a monthly payment that could be managed and got into a better vehicle than previously owned.
