The car needed two new tires (this was a very expensive used car) which the dealer agreed to replace. I was to pick the car up on a certain day but after waiting all day the service department was unable to install them. The next day we decided to go to the dealership and the tires still weren’t installed. We eventually took the car and the tires which I will get installed at a cost. I believe our salesperson ( Tyler Spicer ) tried to get the tires installed but the service department wasn’t cooperative. I would recommend Tyler as a salesperson. A very nice , polite young man. The finance manager was efficient. More
