She did a wonderful job: gave me a warm welcome, carefully listened to my description of the problems and accurately wrote them down in the report to the technicians, called me by phone once the repair was done, explained to me what went wrong with my car and how the technicians fixed the problem, and gave me a written report regarding the whole thing.
