He's always in a good mood, he never keeps us waiting and he has a real attention to detail. Most recently we brought our car in for dent repair and Jim handled everything. He went out with us to inspect the car and he made sure he knew what body panels needed attention. He took the car, sent us on our way with a loaner, and he called in the afternoon when the car was ready. That's pretty much our experience every time. We drop the car off and Jim takes care of everything. More
