When the time came for some routine maintenance and upkeep, I worked with Dana Claxton and the team to prioritize the work. They got the car running better than ever, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only do I trust that Flemington BMW has my best interests in mind, but I also continue to be impressed by the quality of the service I’ve received over the years and, just as important, the customer service I’ve received. Dana was wonderful to deal with. She is responsive, kind and patient, and she answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. She also worked within my (somewhat difficult) schedule.
