Disappointed I have been a longtime customer of Flemington BMW, an important reason being the professionalism of the service department and the courtesy shown to m I have been a longtime customer of Flemington BMW, an important reason being the professionalism of the service department and the courtesy shown to me without exception in the past. My experience this time was not the same. When I brought my car in, I realized that I had not properly understood the recent requirement to have available copies of my driver’s license/insurance card. Instead of understanding that sometimes people make mistakes, I felt being interrogated like a child (I am 67 years old) so as to make sure I understood that it was my mistake. Eventually, Debra did accommodate me, but not before letting me know I may not get a loaner as I had asked. The interaction had left me with a bad taste. More

I find that to be very pleasing because that's something you cannot find everywhere. But however, I would like to in addition point out someone in particular....Debra Lam. Now, I hardly ever write reviews but Debra is and was exceptionally wonderful! She's kind, sweet, patient, and very knowledgeable! She handled my service issues with my 2013 750xi BMW with such grace. She made my first experience to Flemington BMW one I'll never forget.
