BMWs are awesome machines! I have owned many over the last 25 years, but I have never been able to call any car dealership a valued partner or a friend. Most car dealerships just want to slip you in and out the door, after paying the highest price possible for the vehicle. Many also have a revolving door of sales people and staff. Last year, I purchased an X3 for my wife for Christmas. This year I purchased a 535i for myself. Both were purchased at Flemington BMW. This is the first time that I can honestly say that I've found an honest, reputable, and responsive dealership that is worthy of my repeat business. My sales person, Scott Smith, was courteous, informative, responsive, and efficient. It was a pleasure working with him. I thank Scott for all of his hard work and look forward to a long relationship with him, as well as Flemington BMW. More

Michael is very knowledgeable about cars and the entire purchasing process. He walked me through each step,explained my options and accepted my decisions without argument. After having 3 Audis it was time for a change..I was new to BMW and had no idea where to begin. I worked with Tom Terrill from start to finish who was FANTASTIC! Not once did I feel pressured to lease or bu to BMW and had no idea where to begin. I worked with Tom Terrill from start to finish who was FANTASTIC! Not once did I feel pressured to lease or buy. He calculated and explained in detail four different financial options for me to choose from so I would feel comfortable with the monthly payment. He constantly kept me updated on the status of the car, and took care of all my Audi lease paperwork so switching to BMW was an absolute breeze. He thoroughly explained the difference between each car, as well as each package that is offered..it was so, so easy and not at all stressful. I picked up my car a few days later, and he carefully explained every form I had to sign, and then explained what every single button in the car did. I would have been absolutely lost without his guidance!! I left the dealership feeling confident in understanding what the car had to offer, and he even gave a check up call the next day to see if I had any concerns. Flemington BMW is awesome, free car washes for the entire time I have the car! Tom also went out of his way and returned my old license plates during his break! Seriously, Flemington BMW was incredible, and when you go, you HAVE to work with Tom!! He is hands down the best, truly cares about the customer and what they want, and it is truly genuine. Definitely sticking with BMW now, and ask for Tom when you go!! More

As I was driving by, I turned into Flemington BMW merely out of curiosity & after wondering around the parking lot, having spotted the vehicle with my name on it, I stepped inside & met Rick. Rick was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable & patient as we talked about what expectations & questions I had. After spontaneously, visiting the showroom within a few hours I was hooked & purchased the car. This was due to Rick's description of the dealership's commitment to its customers', it's reputation and of course the vehicle itself. I want to add that when it was time for me to pick up my BMW, Rick sacrificed his day off, picked me up at home and spent more than a few hours going over the details of the car while helping to setup the bluetooth and more. I have owned 3 new vehicles & dealt with salesman that just wanted to make a sale & move on to the next customer, Rick is not that salesman. I would recommend Rick to anyone wanting to purchase a BMW, he wants to make sure that once purchased there are no regrets. Rick, so far I don't have any and hope that when I'm finally due for a service I won't come away with any. I do love the look & feel of my 335D! More

Both Ed & Aubrey responded quickly to all of my requests while delivering exactly the specifications for the BMW 535i as I requested. The Car was ready on a timely basis.
