There were features that I thought I wanted but Scott offered information that helped to change my mind and consequently save money which was a testament to his 'customer first' commitment. My wife and I ordered a car as opposed to buying off the lot because we wanted a special color with specific options. For whatever reason, BMW took so long to build and deliver the car that the special IBM incentives had expired. Of course the delay was completely out of the control of the Flemington BMW. However, on behalf of my wife and I, Scott and his manager pushed BMW to honor the special incentives and won! Flemington BMW has impressed us throughout the purchase experience and we plan to return for our future automotive needs. More
Scott Smith and Flemington BMW were very proactive and thorough in their support of my new vehicle search. I began my shopping via email contacts to several dealers, regarding several differing models and thorough in their support of my new vehicle search. I began my shopping via email contacts to several dealers, regarding several differing models and makes at the outset of my search. I narrowed both the vehicle MFR, BMW or Audi, rapidly, and undertook an evaluation of several potential vehicles from both brands. Ultimately, BMW Flemington assembled the 2 most viable options, with the ultimate selection being driven by practicality vs performance. The 335is Coupe and the 328xi became the primary selections, based on prior experience with BMW's (I have owned 5 previously, starting with a 2002 in 1976). Scott and the Flemington Team developed attractive lease options for both vehicles, and a reasonable trade value for my current car, as the car serves as my company ride. Ultimately, the practical aspects of the 328 became the driver, and we closed that deal. Scotts help in setting up the I drive, and procuring the car very rapidly, was excellent. I come in with my specification and dealership accomodated what I want. There is no pressure to get a car off the lot. They are more than willing to customer order the car I want. Since I bought cars custom ordered, I am given regular updates and my car was delivered as promised and up to spec. Even though this dealership is 35 miles away from me, I still make it a point to bring my car for service to Flemington BMW. Owners can just sit back or get a loaner and be 100% sure that you are getting quality service. More
I bought a Z4 from Flemington BMW in January of 2010. Every time I visit the dealership, whether it's just to see what new cars are on the lot or vehicle repair, I've been met with excellent service. I had a recent situation involving a tire repair at another BMW dealership and was very disappointed with the overall experience when compared to how I would have been treated if the repair was done at Flemington BMW. I was looking for a 3 series 335i convertible with low mileage & many other specs. I finally found one at Flemington BMW which was close to 90 miles away! I spoke with Scott on the phone, and it looked it mileage & many other specs. I finally found one at Flemington BMW which was close to 90 miles away! I spoke with Scott on the phone, and it looked it was a car I'd want, and hence I decided to make the trip down to a dealer that far away. Scott was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very helpful never giving a sense that he was pushing me. I test drove, and decided it had everything I wanted, and so I made the purchase right then. I needed a few things done to it. Scott offered to drive it up to my place and delivered it personally a couple of days later. He stayed in touch for many weeks after the delivery. While making the delivery, accidently the manual for the car had gotten switched with another car. He followed up for many months, ordered a new one from BMW and made sure I finally did get one. Not many sales people will show you that level of genuine interest & diligence. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Scott. He is amongst the best sales people I have met. If I buy a BMW again, I'll probably take the pain of going that far, only to buy it from him! More

I made the initial call anyway and spoke with Aubrey Kiley. I am so glad that I made the call! Aubrey answered all my questions honestly, with no pressure and understood that I was looking for a safe affordable car. She explained what I would see when we arrived, (minor repair on the leather which was taken care of by the time the car was picked up.)no surprises, or at least bad ones. The minute we looked at the car I knew we had found an honest car sales person, and a reputable dealership. Aubrey treated the sale of this car as if it was the same as a $90,000 sale. Now, one week later, the car has proven to be an excellent purchase. I still can't believe how great this whole process was. I will definitely be going back to Aubrey for a BMW when it is time. Most importantly, I know that my son is driving a safe vehicle. Thanks. More
