When I submitted my phone number on line I received a call back within 30 Minutes from a lovely r My search for a certified preowned BMW began online. When I submitted my phone number on line I received a call back within 30 Minutes from a lovely receptionist named Noha. She confirmed that the vehicle I was inquiring about was available and proceeded to schedule an appointment. She made the follow up call as I was on my way to the dealership. When I arrived I was greeted immediately by Noha and paired with a salesman. We were made comfortable and Greg was very helpful, honest, an efficient in helping me find just the right deal I was looking for. When we struck a deal Rebecca was also very kind and efficient with expediting the paperwork to complete my transaction. Greg again demonstrated all the features of my new car and helped set up the necessary accounts for BMW and sattelite radio. The entire time Myself and my daughter were there we were offered refreshments and made to feel at ease and comfortable. We researched, shopped around online, and ended up opting for a certified pre-owned BMW. We were able to find a vehicle that seemed to match our needs, so we stopped by Flemington BMW. Dave Santos was our Client Advisor and I have to say, working with him was a pleasure. Dealers that are intrusive, pushy, and at times condescending are present in every dealership and my wife and I lucked out as Dave has none of those qualities. He was helpful, had a good sense of humor (and not the overly forced sort that most people have come to expect from the sales industry), patient, and honest. What I appreciated was that while maintaining all of these qualities, Dave did not push us to purchase a vehicle (or later, any options/warranties) and instead helped us to feel comfortable with our investment.
