He did not make me feel pressured at all, which I have often felt when shopping for a new car. He worked to locate a vehicle with the features I wanted. Purchase of 328i X-Drive I discovered Flemington BMW and Scott Smith through a friend, who had purchased BMWs from the dealer and Scott before. My experience from the very beginning was extremely positive. Scott and I negotiated and completed the entire process via email. Since I could not find the exact configuration of options that I wanted, Scott and I exchanged several emails and he ordered my new car to be built. Throughout the process, Scott emailed me my production number and told me that I could track my vehicle throughout the production stage on the BMW website. In between emails, Scott and I also exchange a few friendly phone calls. He was always available to answer questions and he also made time to find out about me and my family. After several weeks, Scott told me that my car was expected at the dealer and we arranged my delivery date. Despite having a personal conflict, Scott rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine. Scott also arranged a call for me to speak to Becky Kosar, who handled the additional tire and wheel protection and presence protection. Becky explained to me all of my options, which I was able to research prior to taking delivery. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Scott met me at the door and immediately walked me over to my car and took my picture in front of it. We went though the paperwork, which was already prepared and ready to sign. After we completed that stage, he called Becky Kosar to take over. While at the dealership, Becky again explained to me my options and did not apply any pressure. We also signed the financing papers at that time. There was a slight glitch with some of the numbers, which Becky quickly resolved. Scott then sat in my car with me to explain all of the functions that the car has to offer. After I was comfortable with everything, Scott sent me off into the world to be with my car. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Despite living less than 10 minutes from another BMW dealer, I chose to deal with Scott Smith. The staff was friendly, educated on the product and willing to go out of their way to make me happy. I highly recommend Scott Smith, Becky Kosar and the entire team at Flemington BMW. More

New BMW purchase I visited the dealership at the recommendation of a good friend who had worked with Ed Kiley in the past. I was looking to trade in an older BMW and I visited the dealership at the recommendation of a good friend who had worked with Ed Kiley in the past. I was not exactly certain what model would work best for me and was relying on the trade-in value as a motivating factor with regard to which dealership I would ultimately work with. Let me first mention, that Noha was my first contact and it was her responsiveness and courteousness that initially impressed me. She connected me to Bill who patiently spent time educating me about the various models and in a consultative manner ensured that my concerns were addressed. Bill, Ed, and those with whom I interacted were not aggressive in nature and were ultimately focused on having me be comfortable with my decision, the vehicle, and the purchase price/package. What can typically be an anxiety producing experience was made quite pleasant over the many hours that I spent at the dealership. I am delighted with the purchase and have comfort knowing that the car will be well serviced over the next five/six years.
