Walked into Flemington BMW and realized that the inventory of X 1 and other models was excellent and realized a great deal when I saw one that had great value for me. I found them very friendly, offered myself, my wife and daughter water the moment we walked in (it was hot outside), provided good information in helping narrow my choices and were not in the least pushy from a sales perspective. Mike let me take out 2 cars for a test drive (and not 30 seconds, each time we were out for close to 10 mins). I owned an existing BMW that I was looking to trade in, but I didn't have the car with me, I was able to provide the VIN by checking my insurance (which they provided a computer for me to access). It was late on a Saturday, so Mike said he would get back to me on Monday. He not only contacted me first thing Monday morning, but provided me with a number of WRITTEN pricing options for the 2 vehicles I drove, taking into account my trade-in without seeing the car. The pricing was very well laid out and completely transparent - I was amazed to see such an open position on pricing a vehicle. It was exceedingly easy to make a decision and I picked up my new BMW, dropping off my trade, that evening. After I had made a decision I worked with Greg, who was also exceedingly responsive, helpful and friendly. Not a single question about the trade-in or any conversation about the value (which I had checked on KBB and thought they were providing a very reasonable number). All in all, literally the best experience I have ever had buying a car - I will absolutely go back to Flemington BMW for my next car. More

Our first BMW Experience My wife and I were looking for a car, covering all models in the suv group, and came across the Flemmington BMW website. We saw the X3 that we wanted My wife and I were looking for a car, covering all models in the suv group, and came across the Flemmington BMW website. We saw the X3 that we wanted and I had done all my homework. Greg took me out on a test drive and it was great. The car had all the features we were looking for and the final price was better than we thought we would get. Greg was very informative and really knows the product and there was no pressure at all. We then came back the next day and X3 looked brand new in the pick up area. My wife was thrilled. We worked with Rebecca on financing and maintenance contracts and felt totally satisfied with our purchase, we felt very comfortable with out choices. We're so happy we used Flemmington BMW. More
