The main reason I bought my 2016 BMW X5 from Flemington BMW is my client advisor, Tom Terrill. He provided me with the best sales experience I have ever had. Tom didn't try to sell me a 2015 model that didn't have all of the options I wanted, as other dealers had tried to do. He offered to preorder a 2016 X5 exactly the way I wanted it. Other dealerships told me they couldn't order a 2016 X5 until October, Tom ordered mine on August 1st, 2015, it arrived about 3 weeks later. Tom spent many hours on 3 visits with me and my wife to test drive the X5 and teach us all of the car's many features. Tom Terrill is knowledgeable, the ultimate professional, and an extremely nice person. In addition, Jan Michael Blakely made the paperwork and payment a breeze when we took delivery. We love our new X5 after having it for only 1 week. I can't wait to buy my next BMW from Tom. More
