He's always been helpful and creative in allowing me to achieve my price point, and the service he provides is impeccable. Recently, my car needed service, and I would have been stranded at the dealer with no loner available at the time the dealer was about to close and no way to get home, had it not been for Ed allowing me to use his personal vehicle so that I could get home...and then swap out this car for a loaner the following morning. I've never experienced such commitment to excellence in customer service...and this experience would certainly preclude me from shopping anywhere else.
