I was looking to buy a Maserati GranTurismo from Flemings but did not end up purchasing the vehicle. This was NOT because of anything Flemings did wrong or because of any misrepresentations. I was simply a little too tall for the vehicle which the sales rep warned me was a possibility at 6' 8". However, prior to inspecting the vehicle in person, Flemings was very accommodating on their offer to provide a 1-year powertrain warranty at no cost and in discussing the repairs they had done to the vehicle prior to posting it on their site for sale. Also, the sales person never used a hard sell or an aggressive sales approach which I appreciated. Flemings also has a very nice 1-month, unlimited mileage warranty which would have given me time to have the Maserati inspected by my private garage just to see if there were any additional issues with the vehicle. To my surprise, Flemings actually encouraged me to have my own PPI inspection of the car. In short, they were not trying to hide anything and were 100% confident in their team of mechanics to find & resolve any issues with any & every car they sell. More

We made an appointment on Friday and met Scott on Saturday. We were very satisfied with the experience from start to finish. Scott answered all our questions and then gave us time alone to decide on the purchase. Signed a contract on that Saturday and picked up the car the following Saturday. Scott spent some time hehelping us get oriented to the car, setting up the phone and nav system. This was truly the most pleasant car purchase we have ever made. Never again! The car I bought was represented as a 10,600 mile Alfa with repainted wheels. When I received the car it had more than 5% additional milage, and the tires were very nearly worn out. I don’t blame anyone but myself as Trey told me there were others interested. Next time I will have my card in hand so I don’t miss out on another jewel. Trey spent a lot of time gathering information and videos, so I feel bad since it was another sales person who sold the car. More
DO NOT ever buy from Flemings Ultimate Garage or Tony Fleming. if you care about your cars or your money. Since I know most of you will not want to read a long review, I started with the recommendation Fleming. if you care about your cars or your money. I intentionally waited a few months to write this review to give Tony Fleming every opportunity to make this situation right. He chose not to. In a nutshell, Flemings, specifically Scott Engle, lied about the condition of the car and when presented with facts of the lies made no effort to correct any grievances. Instead Tony attacked me for calling them out. By the way everything I write in this review, I will be able to back up with texts, emails, pictures, and dealer receipts documenting problems with the car prior to delivery. I had been in the market for a Gen 5 Viper for a few years. I had had two previous Vipers and was looking for a Gen 5. I specifically wanted a high optioned, very low mileage car in show quality condition, meaning no flaws, no paint issues, perfect interior, etc. The Flemings car was presented as such a car. It was well over a thousand miles away, and because of my work schedule I could not fly out to see it, so I asked for additional pictures and asked many questions to Scott. Here are some quotes from the conversations (all documented via text) “this car is brand new, not a blemish anywhere” “The car is brand new I may be a used car salesman but I’m not exaggerating the car is pristine “You will not be disappointed” So, we moved forward. I paid in full. The first sign I should have walked away was when the President of my transport company told me Flemings front office was the rudest he’s dealt with in 16 years. The Fleming rep basically said doing business with them was their way or the highway. The car was unloaded on 3/23 and on 3/24 I texted pictures of the damaged driver seat and the front shock tower oil leak. Scott never responded to the texts. As I found out later, his going dark after the sell was common (shame on me for not better researching his lack of integrity). When I emailed the issues I discovered with the car, Tony responded that the car would not have left with those issues. When I sent him his own Dodge dealer receipt showing the car did have a leak and Flemings knew about it, he accused me of “badgering the witness”. I emailed him a few more times asking for the least possible reimbursement for the damages to the car, and at one point he said he made me an offer, which was lie since there was no offer in any email from Tony (again I have them all). And then finally they just went dark. I never heard from them again. I tried multiple additional times with no response, except of course giving me the silent bird. Let me tell you a little more about this “brand new” car. It showed up with Driver side front fender paint repair. Of course, according to Tony somehow in the one day I had the car I damaged it, had it poorly repaired and then blamed him. The first time the passenger window was used it fell in the door. Go price that little issue on a Gen 5 Viper, since with Dodge you must pay for the entire window assembly. The departure inspection report accompanying the car was blank. Obviously if they had done even the slightest inspection of this car either when it came in or left, then with any skill or attention to detail at all they would have found the things I’ve mentioned. I’m already out thousands to make this car right again. I asked only to reimburse for the interior repair and the shock tower leak. They shipped, they lied, and they made zero effort to resolve. I’m writing this so you will learn from my mistakes and save yourself these problems dealing with Tony or Scott. I’ve bought a ton of cars and I know a ton of dealers in the US and even outside. Many would bend over backwards to make a deal right and to protect their reputation when presented with facts. Flemings Ultimate Garage is not one of them. It’s sad, but true, Caveat Emptor. More

After you buy they listen to the problems and ignore you and the owner Tony is a JOKE!! He is soooo lost. The ULTIMATE worst experience from the FLEMINGS ULTIMATE GARAGE I dont know where to start. Ive purchased alot of cars online basically site unseen close to 10 of the. One was even 90k. This has been the absolute worst experience of ALL. I purchased a 1986 JEEP CJ7 LAREDO. (Black and Gold) First it takes them over 1 month to send me the title and the warranty insurance. I paid for new original style seat cover replacements and paid for the install and they just threw them in a box inside the car for me to handle the install, not to mention i asked for the original looking ones and thats not what i got. K here goes. The car is a 10-15 footer at best. Paint job looks like a 5 year old painted it. Drips all over, very very poor tape job so paints on places it shouldnt be VERY POOR, CHEAP CHEAP PAINT JOB. looked absolutely great in the pics with THEIR lighting and i guess they buff the cars. I asked about rust and was told "We dont sell those type of cars here" and YES it has RUST in various places, the hard top that is fiberglass and is cracked. The car has an awful oil burning smell after 2mins of it being on. I suspected and OIL LEAK and i was right,Two engine and transmission. "I was told it was newly rebuilt" YEAH RIGHT!!! It has a cracked front windshield that i was told nothing of either and the driver door assembly is hanging by 1 screw so the driver door dont shut as it came TAPPED UP, WOW!! They said the car has AC, well they didnt lie about that but failed to say it DOESN'T WORK! Ive called the manager who was a nice guy made notes of everything i told him and after he called me back they finally sent the Title and second set of keys that still dont operate the doors neither and he said another person from i forgot what department would contact me about the other issues, its been over a few months and NO CALLS. Im very exhausted of reaching out and not getting a response. I will be notifying the BBB next!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Carlos Menendez More
