From the second I stepped into the door, through the sales and administrative process, and even something that needed attention after I took possession, these people are awesome. Very much a "Family Feeling" at Flemings, and everything they have promised me has come to fruition. I do not believe the negative reviews are real; I truly believe they are bogus and fictional. There is no way the experience being described by some of these malcontent losers is a "Real Experience". Lots of made up stuff to besmirch a competitor maybe? While I realize any business isn't going to have 100% satisfaction, I have no idea why people would make slanderous statements about a business that is very clearly a labor of love for the owner and his staff. And if any of the negative reviews have a grain of merit, i'm certain that Flemings made attempts to remedy the situation, probably multiple times. These are 40, 50, 60 year old cars people- of course they are expensive and of course they could have unseen issues. If you cant handle that, take your 20K, drive down the street and buy a new Honda Fit... And I love how involved the owner is with his business! Mr. Fleming is first class! More

I purchased a 1974 Porsche 914 from Flemings Ultimate Garage and I should have trusted the prior reviewers and my gut and run, run, run away from doi I purchased a 1974 Porsche 914 from Flemings Ultimate Garage and I should have trusted the prior reviewers and my gut and run, run, run away from doing business with Rich Budman and Tony Fleming. If you see a review that reflects dishonesty, zero integrity and deliberate deception by this dealer, believe it. Rich is responsive, engaging and courteous, until he has your money. Then you are lucky to get a call or email response, and you are likely to be blamed for every issue or complaint you have. Bottom line, my car was sprayed extensively with thick black undercoating to hide/conceal excessive rust and rot by Flemings. This was deliberate and intentional as they completed a full cosmetic restoration on the vehicle and marketed it as restored. In fact, it was not even safe to drive and I currently have the vehicle at a shop paying thousands of dollars to address the structural issues and have not been able to drive the car since I purchased it. Beyond that, Flemings damaged the car prior to delivery and handing it over to the shipper, never told me about it, shipped it anyway after acknowledging the damage on the bill of lading then refused to reimburse me for the body and paint repair required to fix the damage they caused. They also agreed to send the second set of stock wheels along with the car, didn't, then lied and said the shipper refused to take them. Tony has zero integrity and Rich is a liar. As for competency, these guys don't know cars. They put 5 lug wheel adapters/spacers on this 914 in order to fit aftermarket fake fuch wheels but due to the offset had to fit extremely skinny tires and left no clearance between the tire and the rear 1/4 panel. It was amateur and foolish. This car was also a Can Am LE which has a very distinct "Bumble Bee" OEM paint scheme. Rich didn't know enough about the car to restore it with this paint scheme and didn't realize it until after I made a counter offer in the negotiations, at which time he threatened to pull the sale and remarket the car (as a Can Am LE). Again, Amateur hour. Don't be seduced by the sexy photos of desirable cars. If you want to be robbed and cheated and told to like it, deal with Tony Fleming. More

Loving the classics and wanting one I found myself on the Flemings Website searching for my next car and was pleasantly surprised that they sell a little of everything. I called to discuss one in particular and spoke with Rich, who as it turns out was the sales manager. His demeanor was very calm and he spoke to me with respect and calmness which in sales I have never truly experienced as most slimy used car salesmen talk fast to try and confuse you into buying the car and could car less about anything other then there commission. I did not get this from Rich at all, he was straight forward, listened before answering and took the time to explain the car, the history, service, shipping and the warranty, which by the way is good anywhere in the US! How is that even possible? The only unfortunate part of this amazing experience is that the car I wanted sold the day after we spoke, ,oddly enough he did say that it more than likely would due to the rarity of it. Rich is a true professional and he felt bad that I missed out on the car. He felt bad? WOW! I was shocked at the level of his humbleness and humanism that he felt bad! Again a slimy used car salesman would not have cared. Thank you Rich! I look forward to receiving the phone call when the next car I want comes in! More

The first car I bought from Flemings was roughly as advertised. The starter was shot, and they took care of that. The problem I have is with the second vehicle months later. The vehicle didn't run, had serious body damage from a tow cable, also had a cracked passenger windshield they shipped with the window conveniently rolled down to avoid transporter's detection. They wouldn't cover anything, and didn't return my calls or emails. No "one year warranty" coverage, and no "5 day return" as promised on their site.
