I came for an oil change and met Rachel as my service manager. She was prompt in getting me checked in, and when the oil change was complete she notified me that a brake light bulb was out, so I had that manager. I had an appointment at 9:45AM for an oil change and brake pads, it's almost 1pm and I am still waiting for my vehicle. I ask questions and they don't even ask for my information to look up my vehicle, brake pads, it's almost 1pm and I am still waiting for my vehicle. Getting work done at Flatirons Subaru is, weirdly, kind of an enjoyable experience. Staff is super friendly, the waiting area is really comfortable and sufficiently spacious for COVID times, and coffee is of an enjoyable experience.
