Julian Gonzales and his crew saved the day for me. After hearing I was going to risk going off into the wilderness for a very special hiking opportunity I didn't want to miss, he hooked me up with an AMAZIN hearing I was going to risk going off into the wilderness for a very special hiking opportunity I didn't want to miss, he hooked me up with an AMAZING loaner car. My repair was going to take longer than expected so they could get a needed part. The Subaru Ascent they loaned me was much nicer than my own old beat-up car, and allowed me to travel comfortably and safely. I would very much recommend it if you have the means. Otherwise, trust Flatirons to repair whatever you have. My car was ready for pickup when I returned. Thanks again, Julian. More

I made my first service appointment for my outback that I had purchased at flat irons. In addition to the oil change and general check up, I had a minor issue that needed to be repaired. I made this clear to had purchased at flat irons. In addition to the oil change and general check up, I had a minor issue that needed to be repaired. I made this clear to the agent I spoke with on the phone. She said she would make an appointment with their “Express Service”, and that “they’ll have no problem fixing your issue” in addition to doing the oil change. When I arrived two weeks later for my appointment, I was informed that my appointment was with the express service and that they could not handle anything other than oil changes. I insisted that this was why I took the time to call in to schedule an appointment and stressed that I had an additional issue with my brand new vehicle that needed to be addressed, and I reiterated that the representative confirmed that the issue with the seat would be looked at and fixed. My only option was to wait 4 to 6 hours for the car since I did not have an appointment with an actual mechanic. Of course this was unacceptable as I had planned to be there no more than two hours. So I’m stuck with having to make a separate trip from Denver to Boulder in order to have this issue with the seat fixed. This entire scenario could’ve been avoided if the agent knew what she was talking about when she scheduled my appointment with the express side of their service center rather than an actual mechanic. Very dissatisfied and this just adds to my dissatisfaction with the entire dealership. More
