I was shopping for a new SUV, had two options and wanted to inspect both in person. Visited Boulder Flatirons Subaru as I wanted to see the 2012 models and to get more details from the sales person, compare to inspect both in person. Visited Boulder Flatirons Subaru as I wanted to see the 2012 models and to get more details from the sales person, compare two models, etc. My salesman was Bill Kidd who basically said that he has 3 other customers at the same time, pointed to the car so that I can look at it and walked away to the other customers. I had to find all the specs sheet myself, after checking out the cars, and still no sign of Bill I was ready to leave, the receptionist called him. When he finally showed up his attitude was, well we are busy, and this dealership sells most Subarus of the whole state of Colorado. The way I was treated was Just take the number, get in line, when I have the time, I might sell you the car. This is no way to treat the potential customers and I would never deal with him again. Best car buying experience ever! None of the ridiculous haggling or sales tactics that I've experienced at other dealerships and I paid under KBB for the vehicle. Between the test drive and finishing up the purchase paperwork, it only took 2 hours and they didn't try to upsell me on any additional warranties or equipment on the vehicle. It was a no-pressure, extremely pleasurable process. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (2011 Subaru Forrester) and took the time to talk through all the features with us. Will definitely buy from them again. More

We were in the process of shopping for Subaru’s nationwide; I am from the St Louis Mo area, whereas my son is currently at CU in Boulder. My son contacted Mark Berger at Flatirons and was so impressed with Mark’s integrity that my son wanted to buy his Subaru there. I drove 900 miles based my son’s recommendation and was equally impressed. I am 60 years old and have been buying cars for over 40 years and “in all that time” I have never had a Car Dealer take the time and go through so much detail to ensure that our purchase was completely satisfactory. Our salesman Mark Berger was very much a gentleman, he worked with my son Patrick to obtain the Subaru that would satisfy his requirements, and afterward, even took the time to explain the user manual and give pointers on the operation of our new 2011 WRX. Later when the top rack came in he helped us install it. The financing staff Layne Wolf and Shae Hansen were equally courteous and a pleasure to work with. I really don’t know where to start in complimenting Mark Berger and everyone at Flatirons Subaru as everyone treated us with respect and made us feel as family.
